What is included in the fixed price?
The ride in your chosen vehicle, tolls, parking fees, taxes and 60 minutes of waiting at the airport (15 minutes at all other pickup locations). Nothing is added on top.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight. Your driver picks you up at the actual arrival time – the 60 minutes of free waiting start from landing. Please always provide your flight or train number when booking.
Where do I meet my driver?
At the airport and at the station your driver waits in the arrivals area holding a name sign. Before the ride you receive your driver's name and phone number.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Yes. Transfers and hourly bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before pickup.
How can I pay?
Cash, credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more), Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal – directly in the vehicle. Verified corporate customers can pay by invoice. You automatically receive your invoice by email after the ride.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, infant carriers, child seats and booster seats are available on request. Please state the number and age of the children when booking.
